Flexible, binding emollients create a smooth, even canvas for eyeshadow application, preventing fallout and creasing, while intensifying pigment. 0.33 fl. oz.
Usage: Prior to eyeshadow, apply a small amount to clean brush, sponge or fingertips and apply to eyelid.
