skinfo® only accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase on items that cannot be used due to a skin reaction. In this event, a skinfo® employee must physically see the reaction and a detailed return from will need to be filled out by the customer for documentation purposes and sent to the vendor. skinfo® will not refund or issue store credit for any items, opened or unopened after 14 days. skinfo® will not accept returns, exchanges or issue store credit for any open or unopened devices, makeup, or sunprotective clothing.
